Kickstart Scheme for
Health & care
Boost your workforce and provide youth employment opportunities through the Kickstart Scheme. For young people aged 16-24.
What is the Health and Care Kickstart Programme?
The scheme is funded by the Department of Work and Pensions in response to the challenge COVID-19 has posed to young people’s livelihoods.
Our Kickstart programme supports young people into health, care and STEM roles
Structured support through our virtual programme helps you meet the obligations of supporting your Kickstarters
Generation Medics is an independent training provider offering training specially designed for employers to provide to young people on the government’s Kickstart Scheme launched in 2020.
We aim to develop these young people, to enrich their placement experiences and help to set them up for future employability. Your business can benefit from this scheme too, by outsourcing your training through our programme, taking care of your kickstarters for you!
