We’re supporting the next generation of care workers from underrepresented communities. Through our programme they have access to unbiased information and advice whilst gaining the skills, experiences and opportunities they need to succeed in getting into and succeeding in the social care sector.
Young Adult Employability Programme
Our programme includes:
- access to our award-winning Virtual Healthcare Academy for personalised job searching support in health and social care.
- alongside a Personal Development Coach who works with individuals to help them meet their goals.
International Recruitment Programme
Our programme includes:
- access to our award-winning Virtual Health and Social Care Academy for personalised job searching support in health and social care.
- direct connections with employers
- tailored advice to international recruits and UK care employers looking to ethically employ international recruits.
- peer-support via forums, review and advice posts.
- alongside a Personal Development Coach who works with individuals to help them meet their goals.
Looked After Children Pre-employment Support Programme
We support children who are in care and care leavers to get into employment so that they can build fulfilling and happy lives. Our LAC programme is based on our commitment to equity of opportunity.

Volunteer for the NHS
In response to the COVID19 pandemic our student volunteers together with our core team launched this campaign prior to the official NHS Volunteers launch. It recruited and signposted volunteers to support the NHS Nightingale sites and local hospitals.
