We deliver career-spanning programmes for children, teenagers, young adults and adults. We use evidence-based interventions that are evaluated and tailored to the needs of each user group.

Generation Medics After-school club

Children's Programmes

We deliver programmes for children aged 5 and over because the evidence shows that to change young people's view on what they can achieve, you need to engage them before secondary school.

Mini Medical School

We developed our mini-medical school programmes to dispel gender stereotypes, introduce a variety of diverse roles available in healthcare and provide fun educational activities.

Support for Young People

We deliver programmes for young people in secondary schools, colleges and sixth forms across the UK to help them make informed decisions about their futures.

Pathways into Medicine, Dentistry and Healthcare

We developed these programmes to provide access to unbiased and up-to-date information, advice and guidance, alongside career-enhancing opportunities, a supportive community and links to role-models.

We know it can be difficult to adults over 24 to access support schemes. Our adult programmes are designed to support career-changers and adults hoping to gain relevant qualifications, enabling them succeed in a fulfilling healthcare career.
We're working with housing associations and local councils to provide CV, application and careers support to their adult residents.
